My name is Louisa, and I can help

For 9 years I have had the honor of helping people uncover what is separating them from their true qualities and capacities. I won’t just nod my head or offer overly simplified surface fixes - I bring fierce compassion, co-leadership, wisdom, and the courage to stand with you in the work it takes to clear away what clouds your best self, to get to know who you really are, and to become who you came here to be. There is no one path of healing, waking up, and getting free. I have a range of evidence based, creative, and multidimensional tools and the intuition and creativity to help co-create a map for your life’s truest path.
